On 23.9.2024, the Officer trainees of the North Eastern Police Academy (NEPA), Shillong visited the Commissionerate Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack to gain an in-depth understanding of urban policing systems. The group, comprising five Deputy Superintendents of Police (DySPs) and ten Sub-Inspectors (SIs) from Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland and Manipur, called on Sanjeeb Panda, Commissioner of Police. On this occasion, Commissioner of Police, Sri Sanjeeb Panda, addressed the trainees and provided an extensive overview and operations of the Twin City Commissionerate system.
