Participants were further briefed on concepts and tools like Proxy, VPN, and Tor, and their impact on digital tracking was explained by Shri Swaraj Debata, Addl. DCP.

On 14.02.2026, a voluntary blood donation camp was organized by the Commissionerate Police at the University Law College campus under Utkal University. A total of 61 units of valuable blood were collected due to the enthusiastic participation of students, faculty and local volunteers in this camp.
