- On 06.04.2026, The Commissionerate Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack, successfully organized a specialized training camp on Call Detail Record (CDR) and Internet Protocol Detail Record (IPDR) analysis. Shri Akshay Kumar Nayak, ACP, shared vital insights through real-world case studies, focusing on modern investigation skills and crime control technology. Additionally, cyber expert Mr. Lingraj Sethi provided hands-on training on IP tracing to tackle online fraud effectively.

- In memory of the Pulwama martyrs, a massive voluntary blood donation camp was organized at Casa Royal Resort in Trishuliya on 15.03.2026 by the joint efforts of the Commissionerate Police, Red Cross Regional Branch and various voluntary organizations.
- On 13.03.2026, a unique initiative by the Commissionerate Police Bhubaneswar-Cuttack for the safety, security and awareness of senior citizens. In this program, the senior citizens were explained about the joy of life through yoga and meditation by Shri Sudhansu Adhikari, Yoga and Meditation expert. - On February 26, 2026, the Commissioner of Police held a special felicitation ceremony to honor the personnel who excelled in the 75th State Police Hockey Championship. The tournament, held at the Birsa Munda International Hockey Stadium (Feb 22–24), saw the force’s teams achieve “remarkable success” in the 2026-2027 season.
- A voluntary blood donation camp was organized by World Skill Center, Bhubaneswar collaboration with IRCS, Regional Branch, Commissionerate Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack at L-1 Cafeteria, 1st floor, world skill center, Mancheswra, Bhubaneswar on 25.02.2026. 275 units of blood were collected.

- Operation Cyber Kachchh – 10 cyber fraudsters arrested and 3 syndicates deactivated by the Cyber Crime Wing of the Commissionerate Police on 21.02.2026. The Cyber Crime Wing of the Commissionerate Police identified 3 cyber crime networks operating in Bhubaneswar-Cuttack cities.
- After Mahashivaratri a cleanliness drive was organized in front of the Sree Lingaraj Temple on 16.02.2026 in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society, Odisha State Branch and the Regional Branch of the Commissionerate Police.
- On 14.02.2026, a voluntary blood donation camp was organized by the Commissionerate Police at the University Law College campus under Utkal University. A total of 61 units of valuable blood were collected due to the enthusiastic participation of students, faculty and local volunteers in this camp.
- On 13.02.2026, a Health Checkup Camp was organized at Commissionerate Police HQ, in collaboration with Apollo Hospital for our police personnel, followed by a Health Awareness Session. The program was chaired by Shri Suresh Dev Dutta Singh, IPS, Commissioner of Police & Shri Narasingh Bhol, IPS, Additional Commissioner of Police in presence of other Senior Police Officers and Officials from Apollo Hospital.

- A voluntary blood donation camp was organized on 18.01.2026 at Ganganagar Unit-VI Community Center, Bhubaneswar in collaboration with the Red Cross Branch of the Commissionerate Police and Jai Jagannath Accidental Help Unit. 30 units of blood were collected on this occasion.
- On 16.01.2026, a voluntary blood donation camp was organized by the Commissionerate Police Red Cross Branch at Cuttack Chauliaganj Police Station premises. Police personnel and local people actively participated in it. On this occasion, 103 units of valuable blood were collected. A big thank you to all the blood donors.
