Cyber Awareness Session was conducted on 01.10.2024 at DAV Public School, Pokhariput, Bhubaneswar by Commissionerate Police, Bhubaneswar under Supervision - ACP Ms. Anjana Tudu, OPS and she has taken the session. She enlightened on what is Cyber Crime, how to prevent cybercrime and cyber attacks, how to report on 1930 and Chakshu Portal of www.sancharsaathi.gov.in & how to complain to HER Team when a distressed lady wants immediate help, nearly 350 students attended the program. The successful training has been conducted and it will be helpful to acquire essential skills to tackle real-world cyber-crime challenges.

On 06.04.2026, The Commissionerate Police, Bhubaneswar-Cuttack, successfully organized a specialized training camp on Call Detail Record (CDR) and Internet Protocol Detail Record (IPDR) analysis. Shri Akshay Kumar Nayak, ACP, shared vital insights through real-world case studies, focusing on modern investigation skills and crime control technology. Additionally, cyber expert Mr. Lingraj Sethi provided hands-on training on IP tracing to tackle online fraud effectively.

After Mahashivaratri a cleanliness drive was organized in front of the Sree Lingaraj Temple on 16.02.2026 in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society, Odisha State Branch and the Regional Branch of the Commissionerate Police.
On 14.02.2026, a voluntary blood donation camp was organized by the Commissionerate Police at the University Law College campus under Utkal University. A total of 61 units of valuable blood were collected due to the enthusiastic participation of students, faculty and local volunteers in this camp.
