A burglary was reported at the Bharatpur Police Station on August 14, 2025 and the Commissionerate Police have initiated an investigation using human intelligence and technical support. 1 accused was apprehended on 28.08.2025 with the stolen articles. Kudos to the team.

After Mahashivaratri a cleanliness drive was organized in front of the Sree Lingaraj Temple on 16.02.2026 in collaboration with the Indian Red Cross Society, Odisha State Branch and the Regional Branch of the Commissionerate Police.
On 14.02.2026, a voluntary blood donation camp was organized by the Commissionerate Police at the University Law College campus under Utkal University. A total of 61 units of valuable blood were collected due to the enthusiastic participation of students, faculty and local volunteers in this camp.
