On 07.07.2025, a special team of Maitri Bihar police station, Bhubaneswar, arrested five persons involved in drug trafficking in an indiscriminate raid within the police station limits and seized 254 grams of brown sugar, 3 motorcycles, and a cash amount of 3,500/- from them.

୨୭ ଏପ୍ରିଲ୍ ୨୦୨୬ରେ, କମିଶନରେଟ୍ ପୋଲିସ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର-କଟକ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆଜି ପୋଲିସ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ “ନୂତନ ଫୌଜଦାରୀ ଆଇନ ଅଧୀନରେ ଡିଜିଟାଲ୍ ଫୋରେନସିକ୍ ଏବଂ ଘଟଣା ପ୍ରତିକ୍ରିୟା” (Digital Forensics & Incidence Response under New Criminal Laws) ଶୀର୍ଷକ ଏକ ପ୍ରଶିକ୍ଷଣ ଶିବିର ଆୟୋଜିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି।

On 14.02.2026, a voluntary blood donation camp was organized by the Commissionerate Police at the University Law College campus under Utkal University. A total of 61 units of valuable blood were collected due to the enthusiastic participation of students, faculty and local volunteers in this camp.

On 07.07.2025, a special team of Maitri Bihar police station, Bhubaneswar, arrested five persons involved in drug trafficking in an indiscriminate raid within the police station limits and seized 254 grams of brown sugar, 3 motorcycles, and a cash amount of 3,500/- from them.
